  • Security & Parking?

The HOA provides a courtesy patrol for the neighborhood from the Woodstock Police Department. There is a non-emergency contact number for the Woodstock police department: 678-493-4080.

In an effort to try to keep our streets as uncluttered as possible, we ask that you try to keep your cars either in your garage or in your driveway. We understand that there are times where this is not possible, but any effort made toward achieving that end will be appreciated. If you need to park in the street, please keep in mind that emergency vehicles, such as fire, police and paramedic vehicles require a wide turning radius through the street of our community.

  • Property Management

In order to facilitate efficient and effective operation of our community, the Board contracts our management company, Heritage Properties, which handles much of the day-to-day management of the HOA including facility management, vendor management, assessment collection, and violation enforcement.
