  • chevron_rightWhat amenities does the Woodlands offer?

The amenities include an Olympic sized swimming pool located at the clubhouse, a relaxing pool located at the Views, ten regulation tennis courts, a basketball court, sand volleyball court, and a rubber mulch playground area. This area offers swings, slides and lots of climbing activities to engage even the most active of kids.

The pools are open May through September, except for Swim Meet days. The hours are posted on our web site. The main pool at the clubhouse is complete with a water slide to entertain and a community-gathering place for many outdoor activities. The Woodlands pool is open to residents and up to four guests per family, per visit.

The Clubhouse features a cathedral ceiling, stacked stone fireplace, a professional sound system and flat screen television with a large covered Veranda overlooking the pool. The Clubhouse may be rented by Woodlands residents and offers a full kitchen, meeting room and general-purpose room.

  • chevron_rightSecurity & Parking?

The HOA provides a courtesy patrol for the neighborhood from the Woodstock Police Department. There is a non-emergency contact number for the Woodstock police department: 678-493-4080.

In an effort to maximize the visibility of our streets and help improve pedestrian safety, we ask that you keep all vehicles either in your garage or on your driveway. We understand that there are times when this is not convenient, however we think uncluttered streets offers the best opportunity for drives to operate safely. Any effort by you, made toward achieving that end, is greatly appreciated. If you need to park in the street, do so at your own risk of being fined by Woodstock police. Also, please keep in mind that emergency vehicles, such as fire, police and paramedic vehicles require a wide turning radius through the streets of our community and every second is precious in the event of an emergency. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
